What We Install

Four Services. One Crew.

From the structural fence posts to the plantings along the perimeter, we handle every element that surrounds your court — so the finished project looks intentional, not assembled from separate contractors.

Windscreen

Windscreen & Privacy Systems

Windscreens do two things: they reduce wind interference on the court surface and they give the court a finished, private feel. We install commercial-grade woven or knitted windscreen fabric in standard green, black, or custom colors. Fabric is UV-stabilized for Florida sun exposure and secured with stainless steel grommets and ties that won't corrode in the coastal humidity.

Gates

Court Gates & Hardware

A court gate that sags or sticks is a daily frustration. We build and hang double and single court gates on heavy-duty hinges with proper diagonal bracing so they stay square over years of use. Standard hardware includes a slam latch with inside paddle release, and we offer keyed lock options for private residential courts. Gate frames are galvanized steel to match the fence system.

  • Optional keyed lock for private courts

Landscaping

Court Surrounds & Landscaping

The area between the fence and the property line is often an afterthought — it shouldn't be. We grade and plant the court surround to complement the court, manage drainage away from the playing surface, and select species that stay low-maintenance in Florida's climate. Typical work includes sod or ground cover installation, perimeter hedging, and drainage swales where the grade requires it.

Materials & Specifications

Built for Florida's Climate

Florida's combination of UV intensity, salt air, and seasonal storms demands materials that go beyond standard residential fencing specs. Here's what we specify and why.

Chain-Link Wire

9-Gauge Galvanized

Heavier than the 11-gauge used in residential fencing. The extra wire diameter resists deformation from ball impact and maintains tension over years of use without sagging.

Post Material

Schedule-40 Steel

Thicker wall than Schedule-20. Posts are set in concrete footings sized to local wind-load requirements — typically 24–30 inches deep in Florida soil conditions.

Coating Options

Galvanized or Vinyl

Hot-dip galvanized is the standard for longevity. Black vinyl coating adds a finished look and reduces glare. Both are rated for coastal salt-air environments.

Windscreen Fabric

UV-Stabilized Woven

Commercial-grade fabric with UV stabilizers rated for Florida sun exposure. Stainless steel grommets prevent corrosion at attachment points — a common failure point on cheaper systems.

Gate Hardware

Galvanized Steel Frame

Gate frames are braced diagonally to prevent racking. Hinges are heavy-duty with grease fittings for long-term smooth operation. Latches are slam-close with inside paddle release.

Landscaping Plants

Florida-Native Species

We select species that stay low-maintenance in Florida's climate — drought-tolerant once established, resistant to common pests, and sized to stay below the fence line without constant trimming.

    Spec Review & Material Choice

We walk you through gauge, coating, windscreen options, and gate configurations. Most homeowners have questions about vinyl vs. galvanized — we give you the straight answer for your specific site.

Written spec sheet provided before contract

  3. Installation

    Post Setting & Fence Build

Posts are set in concrete footings and allowed to cure before the fence fabric is stretched and tied. Gates are hung and adjusted on-site. Windscreen is installed last, after the fence fabric is tensioned.

Posts Cure Before Fabric Goes On

We don't rush the concrete cure time. Posts set in wet concrete and loaded immediately with fence fabric will lean over time. We wait the full cure period — typically 48–72 hours — before tensioning the chain-link. It adds a day to the schedule and adds years to the fence.

Typical installation: 2–4 days depending on scope

  4. Landscaping

    Surrounds & Planting (If Included)

If landscaping is part of the scope, grading and planting happen after the fence is complete. We coordinate drainage so water moves away from the court surface, not toward it.

Landscaping scheduled 1–2 weeks after fence completion

  5. Walk-Through

    Sign-Off & Handover

We walk the perimeter with you, demonstrate gate operation, and confirm everything is tensioned and plumb. Nothing is marked complete until you're satisfied.
